Golden poop n Tokyo Sky Tree

I don't even know what this poop is, but apparently a lot of people come here and take pictures of this statue of healthiness.

Tokyo Sky Tree(new Tokyo Tower) is under construction, it is probably 300 meters? and it is going to be 634 meters high! the world highest? dunno.
