Ueno Park is one of the biggest and most famous Hanami spots in Tokyo, there are over 120,000 trees turning to all in pink!!!

Bring your own drink, food and picnic sheet or newspaper(something to sit on)
If you wanna buy reasonable beer, meet at reception at 5pm and go to a liquor shop together :)
