Sakura Season,
The spring begin with the warm temperature and the good weather. This is a nice period to enjoy the "Hanami", which is a traditional outside picnic under the cherry blossom. Everybody is outside, watching those pretty white light-pink flowers everywhere...
Let's enjoy it at any moment of the day, there is also a light up in the evening along the river.

You will maybe have the chance to see Geisha and Maiko (apprentice geisha) walking in the street of Gion. Those women with their white make-up, traditional colorful Kimono and particular hairstyle will surprise you for sure!
